Talkdesk to expand cloud contact center capabilities through innovative app marketplace

SAN FRANCISCO – April 25, 2017 – Grow is proud to announce availability as one of Talkdesk’s launch partners for AppConnect, the first enterprise app store. Talkdesk, the world’s leading cloud-based contact center software announced AppConnect today at Opentalk, their annual thought leadership event in San Francisco.

AppConnect is now available for all Talkdesk customers, with an initial offering of more than a dozen apps, including Grow, a business intelligence solution that empowers businesses to become data-driven and accelerate growth with custom data dashboards. Soon, Talkdesk admins will be able to add their contact center data to Grow dashboards with just a single click through AppConnect.

Grow data dashboards are the simplest way to unite and blend data from hundreds of sources, including spreadsheets, databases, and SaaS applications.
